9. Account Suspension & Closure
Abe444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions.

- Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
Balances on accounts closed for legitimate reasons (excluding bonuses) are generally refunded; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud.
